The decision

Higher scores should always mean a more favorable judgment. Define what 0 and 5 mean.
Criterion / definition	Weight
How strongly the format supports a shared conversation during the two-hour meetup.
The fictional host's estimated preparation time; fewer hours receive a higher score.
How much of the planned format remains usable if it rains, given the assumed arrangements.
How different the format feels to this fictional group, based on its invented recent activities.

Assumptions, hard requirements, and reasons for scores

An option that fails a hard requirement should be resolved or removed before comparison. A high total cannot fix an unavailable resource.
